Job Description

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis to maintain financial accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing relevant financial data and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in an accounting role, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in English and Microsoft exporting and importing
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office-based environment.
• Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
