Job Description

• Understanding how to establish the chart of accounts (chart of accounts), and how to record accounts and maintain supporting documents. 
• Preparing and recording the depreciation schedule for fixed assets in the accounting system. 
• Recording and reconciling supplier and customer accounts .
• Recording bank account transactions and preparing bank reconciliation statements. 
• Monitoring and recording financial advances and obtaining approvals for them. 
• Employee accounts: Ensuring that employee entitlements and disbursements are properly recorded.
• Recording tax transactions clearly and accurately in the accounting system. 
• Ensuring that all accounting data is recorded and entered into the accounting system, and maintaining an electronic copy of all necessary documents, entries, and accounting notes for all accounts so that system users can understand and use them .
• Preparing the trial balance on a monthly basis. 
• Preparing monthly accounting reports such as income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, partners' equity, and collections report.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in both Arabic and English (speaking and writing)
• Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Department. 
• Previous experience in tax-related work and recording accounts using accounting software. 
• Interested in learning International Accounting Standards and tax regulations and legislation. 
• Proficient in recording accounts and data entry. 
• Neat appearance and professional demeanor, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required .
• At least one year of experience, preferably in accounting firms and tax consultancies. 
• Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications. 
• Skilled in preparing and presenting accounting reports and information. 
• Age range: 24-27 years. 
• Resident of Cairo.
