Job Description

Receivables Management:

• Maintain customer accounts based on e-commerce platform models (shipments, returns,
• payments, commissions).
• Price Management:
• Verify if shipping prices align with the rates set by the E-commerce Department.
   

Invoice Management:

• Ensure sales data matches e-invoices issued by tax authorities.
• Inventory Management:
• Conduct regular and ad-hoc warehouse stock checks.
• Monitor inventory turnover and manage stock levels.
   

Expense Management:

• Review daily reimbursement expenses for compliance with company policies

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce.
• 2 years Experience in GL is a MUST.
• Proficiency in various Computer Programs related to Accounting.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.
• Very good with MS Office.
