Job description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee placing orders and ensure requested goods are delivered according to company approval regulations.
• Monitor processes and documentation to confirm purchase and release (job orders) procedures comply with company regulations, maintain life material balances on the ERP system, and send corrective actions to be done.
• Monitor any changes in BOM or outside calculations.
• Conduct scheduled inventory physical counts to maintain accurate records of inventory and stock management systems (receiving, releasing, WIP, FG, scrap, spare parts, fixed assets) and obtain signatures on the stocktaking reports from the responsible custody employee.
• Conduct inventory physical counts at external locations.
• Prepare reports for stocktaking results and send to the concerned department for review and justification.
• Follow up on feedback and execution of corrective actions.
• Ensure regulation of in-stock levels complies with inventory and insurance parameters.
• Develop inventory control models that promote higher accuracy and shorter lead times.
• Monitor raw materials (copper, aluminum, oil, freon, gases) balances accordingly and calculate periodic production losses if any.
• Ensure appropriate document filing.

Skills and requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, dashboards, conditional formatting, and data analysis).
• Hands-on experience with ERP system Oracle.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data reconciliation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams (finance, warehouse, and procurement).
