Senior AP Accountant

Mobility is the goal

• Process and track employee advances and reimbursements efficiently and accurately

• Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions.

• Monitor and analyse expenses to ensure they align with budgetary guidelines.

• Conduct regular monitoring of bank accounts including reconciliations and identifying discrepancies.

• Prepare and maintain detailed financial records related to advances expenses petty cash and bank activities.

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.

• Assist in financial reporting and analysis as needed.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to financial transactions.

Mobility needs you

• Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or a related field

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• 4 years of experience in an Accounting
