We are looking for a talented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional with a strong background in endowment management to join our team in the investment, securities, and funds sector. This position is crucial for enhancing our financial strategy and ensuring that our endowment funds are managed effectively to support the organization's long-term financial goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed financial analysis, developing budgets, and providing strategic insights that drive the organization’s financial performance. They will work closely with various departments to ensure alignment of financial objectives with overall business strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain robust financial models specifically tailored for endowment management, ensuring accurate forecasting and investment analysis.
2. Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial reports that capture the performance of endowment funds, highlighting trends and variances.
3. Collaborate with investment teams to assess asset allocation strategies and their impact on the overall endowment portfolio.
4. Conduct rigorous financial analysis to identify opportunities for optimizing the performance of endowment funds.
5. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term forecasts, ensuring they align with the strategic goals of the organization.
6. Monitor financial performance against established budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Support investment analysis by evaluating potential opportunities and their financial implications for the endowment portfolio.
8. Participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing financial insights that guide decision-making processes related to endowment management.
9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards while maintaining the integrity of financial reports pertaining to endowment funds.
10. Mentor junior analysts and team members, sharing expertise in endowment financial management and best practices.
