• Record daily journal entries and monitor client and subcontractor progress billing.
• Track project expenses vs. budget and perform variance analysis.
• Prepare simple periodic financial reports for management.
• Assist in preparing project budgets and financial forecasts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts receivable/payable.
• Support management in cost control and preventing waste.
• Direct coordination and communication with the external auditor/accountant regarding accounts, audits, and financial requirements.
• Full responsibility for cash flow analysis and monitoring company and project cash movements.
• Active role and decision-making responsibility in monitoring and controlling project costs.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.4 - 7 years of experience, preferably in construction companyProficient in Excel and basic accounting software.Good organizational and analytical skills.Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
