A well-known company located in Sheratoun Heliopolis is HIRING a junior accountant with experience in logistics and freight forwarding

Location: Sheraton Heliopolis

working hours : 8:30 to 4:30 PM

years of experience: 2 years

English level: Good

-computer skills : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Email communication and attachments handling Data entry and record management

Key Responsibilities:

-HE will Manage daily treasury operations and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet financial obligations. Record daily journal entries for all financial transactions (receipts, payments, adjustments, operational expenses).

-HE will Follow up on all banking activities including deposits, transfers, checks, and reconciliations. Review and verify petty cash and employee advances to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

-HE will Prepare and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis. Prepare periodic treasury and banking reports for management. Handle periodic tax filings (VAT, Withholding, Income Tax) and manage submissions through the Egyptian Tax Authority’s online portal.

-HE will Ensure full compliance with internal financial policies and Egyptian accounting standards. Assist in the preparation of the balance sheet and annual financial reports banking operations.
