Job :

The role involves close interaction with all internal departments to integrate effectively, understand processes, and contribute collaboratively. It requires conducting relevant audits within deadlines, clearly communicating results, and rigorous management of non-conformities by promoting constructive solutions.

Integrity, objectivity, and the ability to manage conflicts are essential, as is adaptability to different organizational cultures. Externally, the mission consists of coordinating and preparing audits conducted by external auditors at the Maraissa Agadir and Dakhla sites, ensuring a professional and transparent relationship is maintained.

Main Missions:

• Carry out internal audit missions and follow up on corresponding action plans
• Meet regulatory requirements in terms of audits
• Coordinate the evaluation of regulatory and normative compliance of the site in Agadir/Dakhla
• Organize and plan internal audits of the sites (farms, nurseries, stations) according to the schedule and standards
• Establish audit plans and conduct internal audits (Global GAP, AH, NURTURE, GSPP, TESCO, BRC, IFS...)
• Identify gaps and areas for improvement, propose corrective/preventive actions
• Write reports, checklists, and communicate results after validation
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and update non-conformity files
• Maintain and update documents and databases related to certification
• Prepare and participate in external audits
• Stay updated on new versions of standards
• Lead internal training and support departments for regulatory compliance
• Manage the nursery quality system (GSPP) and promote Food Safety Culture & Food Defense
• Prepare audit reports and meetings with auditors.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:

• Ensure compliance with procedures and the quality management system, as well as the Health and Safety at Work system.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of these systems

Required profile :

What if it were you?

• Education Level: You must hold a degree in agronomy (Master's level)
• Experience: You have at least significant experience in quality auditing
• Qualifications: You must have a category B driver's license.

Technical Skills

• You know the technical, regulatory, and normative requirements applicable to the site
• You are capable of planning audits
