Join our dynamic company in the Other Industries sector, based in Casablanca, Morocco! We are looking for a passionate Accounting Manager to contribute to our organization's growth. In this essential role, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring the integrity and reliability of our accounting data. You will work within a collaborative and experienced team where innovation and professional development are encouraged.

The main goal of this position is to ensure the rigorous and accurate maintenance of the company's accounting, in compliance with current accounting standards. You will contribute to the production of reliable and relevant financial information for business management, decision-making, and reporting. You will work closely with the different departments of the company to ensure efficient management of financial flows and guarantee the quality of accounting data. Your expertise will help optimize accounting processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal controls.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Recording accounting operations: Entry of accounting entries, bank reconciliations, invoice management.
• Preparation of financial statements: Development of income statements, balance sheets, and dashboards.
• Treasury management: Monitoring of cash inflows and outflows, cash flow forecasting.
• Participation in monthly and annual closing: Preparation of documents needed for closing, variance analysis.
• Internal control: Implementation and monitoring of internal control procedures.
• Collaboration with auditors: Providing information and assistance during audits.

You will be involved in accounting process improvement projects and actively contribute to the digitalization of the function.

Required profile :

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3), specializing in Management / Accounting / Finance. Higher education (Master's degree) would be a significant asset. In-depth knowledge of accounting standards.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience as an Accounting Manager is required, preferably in an accounting firm. Your professional background should demonstrate your ability to manage large volumes of information and meet tight deadlines.

You have excellent skills in general accounting and financial analysis. You are proficient in accounting-related IT tools (accounting software, spreadsheets, etc.). We are looking for a rigorous, organized candidate with good analytical and synthesis skills. Teamwork abilities and the capacity to manage priorities are also essential. Proficiency in French (written and spoken) is required.
