Job :

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintain accounting records in accordance with current rules and laws

· Comply with accounting and tax regulations

· Control accounting operations and the justification of all entries

· Validate accounting imputations

· Prepare closing operations and monthly and annual regularization operations

· Prepare tax declarations: VAT, Withholding tax, TP, Tax package, ETIC...etc.

· Collect information necessary for account analysis: general ledgers, follow-up statements, etc.

· Monitor and control the archiving of supporting documents that have been accounted for

Activities:

· Ensure the maintenance of accounting accounts

· Control accounting operations and the justification of all entries

· Validate accounting imputations

· Analyze and validate accounting accounts: Expense accounts, miscellaneous operation accounts

assets and liabilities, fixed asset accounts, treasury accounts, revenue accounts other than customer operation revenues

· Prepare closing operations and monthly and annual regularization operations

· Prepare tax declarations: VAT, Withholding tax, TP, Tax package, ETIC...etc.

· Collect information necessary for account analysis: general ledgers, follow-up statements, etc.

· Monitor and control the archiving of supporting documents that have been accounted for
