Job :

Your main responsibilities:

1. Financial steering and compliance:

• Ensure the production and reliability of financial reporting according to Moroccan and US GAAP standards.
• Supervise the management of fixed assets, cost accounting, and investment project tracking (grant management is a plus).
• Implement and strengthen internal controls and financial closing processes.
• Ensure tax and regulatory compliance, and coordinate internal and external audits.

2. Performance management and tools

• Contribute to the development of budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Monitor costs, variances, inventory, and key financial indicators to support operational decisions.
• Participate in the deployment of SAP (ERP / BO) and support the skills development of business teams.

3. Leadership and strategic support

• Supervise one employee (team expected to expand).
• Act as a business partner to operational, HR, Supply Chain, and legal departments.
• Contribute to the site's strategic vision and the transformation of the finance function.

Required profile :

• Master's degree in finance or accounting, ideally from a recognized business or engineering school.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification highly appreciated.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance within a structured industrial or multinational environment.
• Solid knowledge of Moroccan (MAR GAAP) and American (US GAAP) accounting standards.
• Proven experience in fixed asset management, cost accounting, and investment project support.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP (ideally BO) and advanced Excel.
• Bilingual French / English.
• Demonstrated skills in leadership, project management, cross-functional communication, and problem-solving.
• Autonomous, proactive, with a strong ability to adapt in an entrepreneurial and growing context.
