Job Purpose

Manage the General Ledger by monitoring the accurate and complete entering of all transactions to most

appropriate accounts and posting all those entries including monthly/yearly accruals and prepayments. Maintain

Inter-company accounts. Assist Finance Controller in preparing schedules and reports of month/year end, annual

audit, LC audit, quarterly forecast and annual budget. Prepare and monitor payroll and FA

Job Context

This roll will support Finance Controller in maintaining General Ledger, Inter-company Accounts, Payroll and Fixed

Assets, coordinating with all other departments and inter companies.

Key Accountabilities

1. Monitoring all day-to-day transaction entries and posting them to maintain the General Ledger to get

accurate and complete monthly/year-end trial balance.

2. Posting appropriate accruals and prepayments monthly/year-end and generating/analysing period end

inventory reports.

3. Preparing monthly VAT payable/summary schedule and submit in the ZATCA portal before the month-end

and preparing/uploading WHT if any for the month.

4. Maintaining inter-company transactions and reconciling month-end balances

5. Maintaining fixed assets (including physical verification) and vendor master in D365.

6. Preparing monthly payroll/other employee payments and uploading them in the bank portal, providing

required reports.

7. Assisting FC in preparing annual audit and all other schedules/reports and related year end adjustment

entries to complete the audit and other governmental/institutional/group requirements within the

stipulated time.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Accounting/Finance Degree or Diploma

Knowledge of ERP, specially, Microsoft Dynamics Axapta and MS Office

Sound knowledge of Accounting Principles

Effective written and spoken communication and listening skills

Overall Ten years of experience as Accountant preferably in a manufacturing environment
