Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounting team; oversee daily operations (AP, AR, Payroll, General Ledger).
Financial Oversight: Manage month-end and year-end closing; ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
Strategic Planning: Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to guide business decisions.
Compliance & Tax: Oversee tax planning; ensure compliance with local laws (VAT/Corporate Tax) and international standards (IFRS/GAAP).
Audits & Controls: Lead internal and external audits; implement internal controls to mitigate risk.
Banking & Cash Flow: Manage company liquidity, banking relationships, and credit facilities.Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience: 7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Certification: Active CPA, CMA, or ACCA (mandatory).
Software: Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and advanced financial modeling in Excel.
Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking.
