Yes Theatre is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative and HR Officer to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations and contributing to a positive, efficient, and collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and office coordination
Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, staff records management, and policy implementation
Assist with payroll coordination, contracts, and compliance with labor regulations
Serve as a point of contact for staff regarding administrative and HR-related matters
Support management with reporting, planning, and organizational processes

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in administration and/or human resources
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in office software and administrative systems
Interest in or experience with the arts and cultural sector is an advantage
