We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our café operations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the café or food & beverage sector and the ability to manage financial processes that support daily operations, inventory control, and accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities Prepare, maintain, and review financial records related to café operations Monitor cost control, perform reconciliations, and analyze variances in sales and inventory Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accurate stock valuation Use Syrve to manage technical cards, recipes, and inventory workflows Maintain accounting records and generate financial reports using Zoho Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable financial regulations Collaborate with café management and operations teams to improve financial accuracy and efficiency Competitive salary and commission structure.

Proven experience as an Accountant in a café (mandatory) Hands-on experience with Syrve , including technical card setup and inventory management Working knowledge of Zoho accounting software Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
