• Stay updated with the changes in Zakat, Tax , VAT and Withholding tax laws and regulations, and communicate any updates or changes to the relevant departments and team members.
• Coordinate & collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide the required information & reports related to Tax, Zakat, VAT, Withholding tax and any other Tax related matters.
• Review & submit the monthly / quarterly VAT reports and monthly withholding tax reports.
• Support team members in preparing and reviewing the Annual Zakat and Tax returns, Annual Withholding tax reports, Annual VAT reconciliations, Customs reconciliations.
• Follow up and update the registration in ZATCA’s portal i.e., adding new branches, updating the changes in partnership, etc.
• Advice related stakeholders about the Tax, Zakat and VAT declaration filing dates and current filing requirements.
•  Assess and analyze financial data to calculate zakat, tax, VAT and withholding tax obligations accurately.
