FAMAGA Group is an international B2B procurement and supply company for industrial equipment and spare parts.

We operate across UAE, European Union, and the USA, serving industrial, trading, and service companies worldwide.

We are looking for a senior hands-on finance professional who will take ownership of management accounting, cash flow control, receivables/payables, and the implementation of a new financial ERP system across the group.

Key Responsibilities

1. Management Accounting & Reporting

* Prepare management reports for the group (monthly / quarterly):

* P&L by company, region, and business line

* Cash flow statements

* Margin and cost analysis

* Consolidate financial data across UAE, EU, and US entities

* Provide management with financial analytics and insights for decision-making

2. Accounts Receivable (AR) Control

* Full control of accounts receivable:

* Monitoring overdue invoices

* Regular reconciliation with clients

* Payment follow-ups and reminders

* Escalation of problematic debts

* Analysis of customer payment behavior and risk

3. Accounts Payable (AP) & Payments

* Control and verification of supplier invoices:

* Prices, quantities, terms, currencies, VAT correctness

* Compliance with purchase orders and contracts

* Preparation and scheduling of supplier payments

* Cash-out prioritization and payment planning

4. Invoice & Cost Verification

* Review and approve every supplier invoice:

* Commercial and logical correctness

* Margin validation

* Error detection and discrepancy resolution

* Close cooperation with procurement and operations teams

5. Cash Flow Management

* Daily and weekly cash flow monitoring

* Forecast incoming and outgoing payments

* Liquidity planning and cash gap prevention

6. Financial Systems & ERP Implementation (CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITY)

* Lead and actively participate in the implementation of a new financial ERP system

* Current setup:

* Partially CRM-based

* Partially Google Sheets–based

* Responsibilities include:

* Mapping existing financial processes

* Defining requirements for the new ERP

* Participating in ERP selection (if not finalized)

* Data structuring and migration preparation

* Setting up financial logic, reporting, and controls

* Coordinating implementation with internal teams and external vendors

* Ensure a smooth transition from current tools to a structured ERP environment

7. Process Optimization & Financial Control

* Improve internal financial workflows and controls

* Standardize reporting and financial processes across all group entities

* Reduce manual work and dependency on spreadsheets

Requirements

Professional Experience

* 4–8 years of experience as:

* Finance Manager / Financial Controller / Senior Financial Analyst

* Mandatory experience in financial ERP implementation:

* Participation in or leadership of at least one ERP implementation project

* Hands-on experience, not theoretical

* Background in trading, procurement, logistics, or B2B companies is a strong advantage

Technical & Analytical Skills

* Strong understanding of:

* Management accounting

* AR / AP

* Cash flow management

* Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills

* Experience with financial ERP systems (e.g. Odoo or similar)

Languages

* English — mandatory (written and spoken)

Personal Profile

* Highly structured and detail-oriented

* Process-driven and disciplined

* Able to work independently and take ownership

* Comfortable working in a “build-from-chaos-to-system” environment

* Not afraid to challenge incorrect numbers or processes

Conditions

* Salary: AED 7,000 – 10,000 (depending on experience and ERP background)
