Job Requirements – Construction Accountant

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field

3–5 years of proven experience in construction accounting

Previous experience in construction or real estate companies is a must

Strong experience in handling:

Contractor payments and progress billings

Project BOQs and cost breakdowns

Contracts and work orders

Solid knowledge of:

Direct and indirect project costs

Cost control and budget monitoring

Suppliers and subcontractors accounts

Experience in preparing project-based financial reports

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (ERP systems are a plus)

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong organizational and communication skills

Team player with a problem-solving mindset
