We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Accounting & Reporting professional to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for managing financial reporting, statutory compliance, and tax obligations across our Egypt and KSA entities. The ideal candidate will bring strong IFRS knowledge, hands-on accounting expertise, and deep familiarity with regional tax regulations, while playing a key role in strengthening internal controls and supporting accurate, timely financial reporting across the organization.
YOU WILL
- Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Perform general ledger accounting, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities across multiple entities.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Tax Compliance – KSA & Egypt
- Prepare and review tax filings, including VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory returns in KSA and Egypt.
- Ensure compliance with ZATCA requirements in KSA and ETA in Egypt.
- Support tax audits, respond to tax authority inquiries, and coordinate with external tax advisors.
- Monitor tax law updates and assess their accounting and reporting impact.
- Internal Controls
- Assist in strengthening internal controls and improving accounting processes.
- Perform budget vs actual analysis and investigate variances.
- Prepare periodic financial analysis reports.
- Cost analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting support.
- Assist in improving reporting formats and financial dashboards (Excel / BI tools).
- Cross-Entity Coordination
- Support accounting activities across Egypt and KSA entities.
- Assist with intercompany reconciliations and regional reporting requirements.
YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Excellent command of English.
- Professional certification (ACCA / CMA / CPA) – completed or in progress- is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and tax roles.
- Strong knowledge of KSA taxes is a must.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian taxes (VAT, WHT, payroll-related taxes).
- Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience is a must (NetSuite is a plus).
