Job :

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


· Keeping the accounts in accordance with current rules and laws

· Compliance with accounting and tax regulations

· Checking accounting operations and justifying all entries

· Validating accounting entries

· Preparing closing operations and monthly and annual regularization operations

· Preparing tax declarations: VAT, Withholding tax, TP, Tax return, ETIC...etc.

· Collecting information necessary for account analysis: general ledgers, tracking statements, etc.

· Monitoring and controlling the archiving of supporting documents that have been entered into the accounts

Activities:

· Ensuring the maintenance of accounting records

· Checking accounting operations and justifying all entries

· Validating accounting entries

· Analyzing and ensuring the reliability of accounting records: expense accounts, miscellaneous operation accounts,

assets and liabilities, fixed asset accounts, treasury accounts, revenue accounts other than those from customer transactions

· Preparing closing operations and monthly and annual regularization operations

· Preparing tax declarations: VAT, Withholding tax, TP, Tax return, ETIC...etc.

· Collecting information necessary for account analysis: general ledgers, tracking statements, etc.

· Monitoring and controlling the archiving of supporting documents that have been entered into the accounts

Required profile :

Technical Skills:

Financial Analysis:

· Ability to interpret financial statements and perform profitability analyses.

General and Cost Accounting:

· Mastery of accounting principles, including general and cost accounting.

Procedure Design:

· Development of effective accounting procedures and compliance with standards

Budgeting Principles:

· Understanding of budgeting principles and management indicators.

Know-how:

Data Analysis:

· Ability to identify anomalies and ensure the consistency of financial data.

Procedure Implementation:

· Definition and application of control and monitoring procedures for operations. Competence in creating and

monitoring budgets, as well as in analyzing variances.

Legal Compliance:

· Vigilance in complying with legal and regulatory obligations regarding accounting.
