About Us:

We are an ambitious and fast-growing fitness tech startup on a mission to revolutionize how fitness enthusiasts connect with expert trainers, nutritionists, and physiotherapists. We’re redefining the meaning of personal fitness—through precision, personalization, and elite standards.

Role Overview: 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial records, payments, receivables, commission structures, and support financial planning as we expand. 

You will report directly to the Founder and work closely with the Business Development and Operations teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting Records: Maintain accurate records of all transactions (payments, receivables, commissions, expenses). 

• Invoicing & Collections: Prepare and send invoices to clients (venues, partners, etc.) and track payments.

• Revenue and Commission Tracking: Monitor expert sessions booked through the platform and calculate platform commissions accurately. 

• Expense Management: Record, categorize, and report operational expenses monthly.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly profit & loss statements, cash flow reports, and basic financial dashboards.

• Payroll Assistance: Help process freelancer and employee salaries/payments on time.

• Tax and Compliance Support: Prepare basic reports needed for VAT declarations and assist external auditors if needed.

• Bank Reconciliation: Ensure all bank transactions are properly matched with the accounting system.

• Process Improvement: Suggest improvements in accounting practices, tools, and automation where possible.

Who You Are:

• bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. 

• 2–5 years of experience in an accounting or finance position (startup or service company experience preferred). 

• Solid understanding of Lebanese accounting standards and basic taxation (VAT, etc.). 

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, Formulas) and basic accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or equivalent). 

• Attention to detail, precision, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently, proactively, and maintain confidentiality.

• Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
