Account Assistant/Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Preferred)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Assistant or Manager to join our team and coordinate essential financial operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with exposure to both traditional finance and emerging digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities, including bill payment and payroll processing
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist in the audit process by providing comprehensive information and data as requested
• Support budget preparation and monitor expenditures against approved budgets
• Prepare and support VAT and CIT returns in compliance with UAE regulations
• Complete administrative tasks, including paperwork completion and records filing
• Analyze financial information to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential errors
• Assist in managing cash flow and developing financial forecasts
• Manage crypto assets and related financial activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (QuickBooks, etc.)
• English language proficiency (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Current residence in Abu Dhabi
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem
• Experience with VAT filing procedures in the UAE
• Korean language proficiency
