On behalf of our client, a long-established industry leader specializing in innovative, high-quality steel building solutions delivered across the Levant and Africa region, we're seeking a passionate and driven Junior Accountant to join their growing team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Furn El Chebbak for a Junior Accountant. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for daily accounting operations, which include recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, supporting audits, and analyzing financial data to assist in decision-making processes.

• Proficiency in financial recordkeeping and managing accounts payable and receivable
• Hands-on experience in account reconciliation
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in accounting software (Preferably Odoo) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance
