• Description: Overview Our client is a leading Large-Scale company in the field of Pharmaceutical Distribution. With a robust presence in the region, they are committed to excellence in supply chain logistics and healthcare accessibility. We are seeking a meticulous and strategic Accounting Manager to lead the financial operations at their Regional Head Office in Amman. Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership: Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded within the SAP Business One ERP system. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for the Country CEO. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage daily cash flow, forecasting future requirements to ensure the liquidity of regional operations. Audit & Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with Jordanian tax laws and international accounting standards (IFRS). Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and perform variance analysis to track departmental performance. Team Supervision: Cooperate with the Accounting team in Iraq Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary financial liaison for the Regional Head Office, providing clear financial insights and follow-ups to executive leadership. Candidate Profile Education: BA in Finance or Accounting. A professional certification (CPA, CMA, or JCPA) is a significant advantage. Experience: 6 to 10 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within the Pharma or Distribution sectors. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel (data modeling and reporting). Languages: Native Arabic and Business-level English are mandatory. Availability: Immediate joiners or those with a 30-day notice period preferred. Candidates must currently reside in Jordan.
