Job Description

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly resolved.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant financial regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and expense reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and operational initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of best accounting practices.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in accounting or a related financial role.
• Odoo User is a plus .
• Demonstrated expertise in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
• Willingness to work on-site in an office-based arrangement.
