Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IMS & ISO Lead Audit Manager to oversee the auditing process, ensuring compliance with IMS (Integrated Management System) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards. The ideal candidate will lead a team of auditors, conduct audits, and provide guidance on improvements to maintain certification.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop audit plans and schedules for IMS and ISO standards
- Conduct audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement
- Lead a team of auditors to ensure audits are conducted efficiently and effectively
- Provide guidance and recommendations on corrective actions to maintain certification
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements based on audit findings
- Stay up-to-date on changes in IMS and ISO standards and ensure compliance
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Certified Lead Auditor for IMS and ISO standards
- Proven experience in conducting audits and leading audit teams
- Strong knowledge of IMS and ISO requirements and standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement

Strong knowledge of IMS (Integrated Management System) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards
2. Experience in leading and conducting audits to ensure compliance with IMS and ISO requirements
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
5. Project management skills to effectively plan and execute audit schedules and activities
6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to standards
7. Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying non-conformities and areas of risk
8. Proficiency in using audit tools and software to streamline audit processes and documentation tracking
