Job Description

• Prepare, analyze, and report on product costing, ensuring accurate allocation of direct and indirect costs.
• Develop and maintain standard cost models for manufacturing and operational processes.
• Monitor and review inventory transactions, variances, and reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to gather cost data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual cost analysis to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports, including cost of goods sold (COGS) and margin analysis.
• Support internal and external audits by providing detailed cost records and documentation.
• Identify inefficiencies in cost structures and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant accounting standards.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance financial transparency and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, practices, and standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
