Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Financial planning & Analysis Specialist.

What you will do ?

1-Lead the preparation for annual budget and quarters’ forecasting and controlling processes

2. Conduct all financial sheets analysis, and ad-hocs example; income statement, balance sheet … periodically for variance analysis

comparing actual financial results against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers, trends, and providing insightful commentary on

operational performance across different sites, service lines (e.g., maintenance, Housekeeping, security), and client contracts and

prepare management reports/ presentations and dashboard to management

3. Partner with all departments by providing them with financial insights, analytical support, and guidance to understand financial

implications and achieve their operational and financial targets.

4. Collaborate with Accounting, operations, and other cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business goals.

5. Manage treasury and bank reconciliation & cashflow management

6. Collaborate with IT, finance, and business teams to identify opportunities for automation across financial & accounting functions,

monitor system performance, maintain documentation and best practices for system configuration and FP&A workflows

7. Work closely with procurement and teams to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities

8. Continuously seek to improve FP&A processes, reporting tools (e.g., ERP, BI systems), and data accuracy to enhance the efficiency

and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis activities within the company
