A well-established company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to take full ownership of the finance and accounting function. This is a key role reporting directly to top management and supporting the company's financial health, compliance, and growth.Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full accounting cycle (AP, AR, payroll, GL, reconciliations, fixed assets)

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasts

- Oversee invoicing, collections, and supplier payments

- Coordinate with banks on facilities and financial services

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies

- Liaise with external auditors and support year-end audits

- Improve financial systems, processes, and internal controlsRequirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA is a plus)

- 7-10 years of relevant experience (preferably in contracting, construction, or services)
