Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Role Purpose The Finance Director will serve as the organization’s senior financial leader, responsible for financial governance, project financial performance, capital management, compliance, and strategic financial direction across all business units.
The role ensures financial discipline, transparency, and sustainable value creation aligned with long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership Develop and execute long-term financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
Advise the CEO and Board on financial performance, risk, and investment decisions.
Support corporate expansion, diversification, and growth initiatives.
Financial Planning & Control Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Oversee project costing, revenue recognition, profitability, and cash flow.
Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and reporting accuracy.
Regulatory Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE regulations, and statutory standards.
Manage audits, taxation, and regulatory reporting.
Maintain relationships with auditors, regulators, and advisors.
Treasury & Risk Management Manage banking relationships, funding, and liquidity planning.
Oversee working capital, FX exposure, guarantees, and financial risks.
Support financial risk evaluation for major projects and investments.
Digital Finance Transformation Lead ERP and automation initiatives.
Enhance financial reporting systems and analytics for decision-making.
Compensation & Benefits Executive-level compensation package aligned with UAE market standards.
Qualifications & Experience 15+ years senior finance leadership in construction/contracting.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Professional certification: CA / CPA / ACCA / CFA or equivalent.
Strong expertise in project accounting, IFRS, and governance.
