We are seeking a Senior Accountant with strong experience in accounting and financial management. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in malls, retail centers, or multi-tenant businesses; however, experienced candidates from other sectors are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and financial records
• Handle tenant billing, receivables, and payables
• Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements
• Ensure VAT compliance and coordination with auditors
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (mall/retail experience is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
