Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate product cost sheets and BOMs.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead.
• Monitor and control cost variances (standard vs. actual) and provide detailed analysis.
• Support monthly closing activities related to cost accounting and inventory valuation.
• Ensure accurate recording of WIP, finished goods, and inventory movements.
• Collaborate closely with production, supply chain, and finance teams.
• Review and validate production reports and consumption rates.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Cost Accounting within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing costing, standard costing, and variance analysis.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to take full ownership of daily costing operations.
• Residence within a reasonable commuting distance from the company location.
