Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZA):

Established in 2021, Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ) consolidates and integrates the products and services of Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZ), Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), and the Dubai CommerCity (DCC). Home to more than 5,000 registered companies from across 20 industries, DIEZ is at the heart of Dubai’s economic success – a major economic catalyst in the city’s development.

Support leasing and revenue growth by managing the end-to-end leasing process, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth documentation and coordination across internal teams.

• Source, qualify, and manage leads for leasing available retail units.

  
  

• Carry out property tours, deliver client presentations, and negotiate commercial terms to close deals in line with targets and policies.

  
  

• Prepare proposals, offers, and lease documents, and coordinate contracts and paperwork with operations and relevant internal teams.

  
  

• Build and sustain strong relationships with tenants, corporate clients, brokers, and agents to drive occupancy and revenue.

  
  

• Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing, and provide regular sales reports and insights to support business development and strategy.

  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  
  

• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, or business development.

  
  

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

  
  

• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.

  
  

• Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven.
