Job Description
- Analyze hotel room costs
- Monitor competitors’ room rates across different seasons
- Analyze data and develop pricing strategies based on expected occupancy rates
- Prepare analytical reports to support management decisions
- Manage and follow up on supplier accounts
- Coordinate with hotel management to track revenue, expenses, and profitability metrics.
- Manage and oversee daily hotel accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and hotel management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very good command of Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
