Job Description

• Analyze hotel room costs
• Monitor competitors’ room rates across different seasons
• Analyze data and develop pricing strategies based on expected occupancy rates
• Prepare analytical reports to support management decisions
• Manage and follow up on supplier accounts
• Coordinate with hotel management to track revenue, expenses, and profitability metrics.
• Manage and oversee daily hotel accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and hotel management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very good command of Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
