Job Description

• Collect and analyze cost-related data associated with factory/manufacturing operations, ensuring the maintenance of an accurate and up-to-date expense database.
• Analyze fixed and variable costs and review standard costs versus actual costs to ensure cost accuracy and effective cost control.
• Prepare comprehensive budget reports and provide monthly and annual cost forecasts to support financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Identify time- and resource-intensive activities and provide practical, data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support management in financial decision-making aimed at increasing profitability and enhancing the efficiency of industrial/manufacturing operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting methods and variance analysis
• Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
• Attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines
