Requirements:

An experienced Senior Accountant with strong expertise in the Food & Beverage industry, including restaurants, cafés, bakeries, central kitchens, and retail food operations. Possesses a solid understanding of F&B financial dynamics, with a strong focus on inventory control, cost management, and daily cash flow operations.

He will be responsible for managing the full accounting cycle, including sales audits, revenue reconciliation across POS systems and delivery platforms, bank settlements, and monitoring COGS, food cost percentages, wastage, and variance analysis to improve profitability.

Experienced in inventory accounting, supplier reconciliation, purchase verification, and coordination with procurement teams to ensure accurate costing and stock valuation. Prepares monthly and annual financial reports, P&L statements, and cash flow forecasts for operations as well.
