Job Title: Bookkeeping, Financial Officer, and Financial Manager CPA
Location: Ramallah / Remote
Employment Type: Part-time / Contract (10 hours per week)
Reports to: CFO

Destiny Financial Consulting is based in Ramallah and provides specialized financial consulting services to non-governmental organizations (NGOs). The firm works with multiple international clients across the United States and Europe, offering expert support in financial management, accounting systems, compliance, budgeting, and reporting. With extensive experience in the NGO sector, Destiny Financial Consulting helps organizations strengthen financial controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and achieve long-term financial sustainability.

Role Overview

The main responsibility of this role is to maintain accurate financial records, process financial transactions, and support basic financial reporting for multiple NGO and their donors. All three positions require close attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, and NetSuite, and must demonstrate strong English language proficiency for effective communication and donor reporting. This is an evening shift based on USA working hours

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain general ledger transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
• Support the preparation of basic financial reports and audit

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 1 year of accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency with the QuickBooks computerized accounting system is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Advance finance certificate, such as CPA is an advantage
