Job Description

• Manage daily accounting operations at the project site, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and prepare regular financial reports for site management.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and payments in compliance with company policies and project requirements.
• Reconcile site cash, bank statements, and petty cash accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
• Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams to verify and document material deliveries and expenditures.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for site activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain organized records of all site financial documents and transactions for easy retrieval and audit purposes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably in a site or project-based environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction or project accounting is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site (on-premises) as required by project needs.
