Record and reconcile daily sales (cash, credit card, delivery platforms)

Monitor food and beverage costs and control expenses

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Handle supplier invoices and payments

Track inventory, wastage, and cost of goods sold (COGS)

Prepare monthly financial reports and profit & loss statements

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies

Support budgeting and forecasting

Coordinate with auditors and management as needed

Job Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

Experience in restaurant or food industry accounting preferred

Strong knowledge of cost control and inventory management

Proficiency in accounting software and Excel

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

2+ years of accounting experience in restaurants or food businesses
