We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Accountant who will also support office management and administrative tasks. The role is fully on-site and requires a hands-on professional who can manage day-to-day accounting activities while ensuring smooth office operations in a fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment.
Record review and maintain daily accounting transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Issue invoices track collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
Reconcile bank statements petty cash and general ledger accounts.
Support payroll preparation and coordination with external accountants when needed.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings and audits.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment.
Manage office supplies inventory and vendor coordination.
Support HR-related administrative tasks such as attendance tracking employee files and onboarding documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers.
Handle general administrative duties including correspondence scheduling and document management.
Support management with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Odoo and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis / Sheraton.
