We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Chief Accountant to lead our accounting department. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, and provide strategic insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the accounting team

• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards

• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures

• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities

• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities

• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

• Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems preferred)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
