Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary financial advisor and partner to the Regional VP of Sales & Operationsfor the Middle East.
- Contribute to regional strategic planning, forecasting, and performance management processes.
- Provide financial and commercial insights to support business growth, pricing strategies, and new opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on financial implications of operational and strategic decisions.
Financial Management & Reporting
- Lead all regional financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial information in compliance with corporate and local standards.
- Monitor key financial metrics, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee regional cash flow management, capital allocation, and investment planning.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, tax, and regulatory requirements across the Middle East region.
- Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, and government authorities as needed.
- Maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets and reputation.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and develop the finance team based in Jordan, fostering excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the global finance organization to ensure consistency with group standards and policies.
- Work in partnership with the HR function to provide oversight and guidance on HR operations, workforce budgeting, and compensation governance.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; MBA or professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
- Minimum 12 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including regional or multi-country exposure in the Middle East.
- Experience within the IT services, technology, or related professional services industries is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of regional financial regulations, tax frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with commercial and operational leaders.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both oral and written
