• Responsible for disbursing worker wages and preparing payrolls for site engineers.
• Responsible for disbursing funds for minor and emergency purchases.
• Responsible for tracking incoming and outgoing items on site.
• Monitoring inventory and raw materials and conducting daily stocktaking
. • Reconciling all expenses, sales, and daily transactions and submitting them to management.
• Entering data and information into computer systems and all accounting programs such as Odoo and Al-Amin, and entering invoices, disbursement orders, and all other accounts.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Communicating with clients and delivering work to site engineers.
