تفاصيل الوظيفةWe are looking for a Senior Accountant who will be responsible for overseeing and executing core accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with applicable regulations, and supporting management with timely financial analysis. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while providing guidance to junior accountant.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards

• Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing processes

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal financial policies

• Prepare and review VAT/Corporate tax filings, audits, and supporting documentation as required

• Analyse financial data and provide reports to management to support decision-making

• Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting processes

• Coordinate with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders

• Supervise, train, and mentor junior accounting staff

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Any ad-hoc activities assigned by the management
