Dubai Media is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant – Payables to join our Finance Affairs department. In this role, you will manage and process outgoing payments, verify invoices, and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded. You’ll play a key part in maintaining smooth vendor relationships and ensuring timely, compliant payments that contribute to the organization’s financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices for accuracy and policy compliance.

  
  

• Coordinate with vendors to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.

  
  

• Prepare, schedule, and reconcile payments in line with budgets and due dates.

  
  

• Review employee expense reports and ensure proper documentation.

  
  

• Maintain organized financial records and generate payable reports for management.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  
  

• 0–3 years of accounting or finance experience.

  
  

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and IFRS.

  
  

• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.

  
  

• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.
