About Us

Dot IT is a digital transformation and web solutions company with a strong client base both in Egypt and internationally. As we continue to grow we re looking for a smart detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our remote team on a part-time basis.

What You ll Be Doing

Handle day-to-day financial transactions

Follow up with clients (inside and outside Egypt) regarding payments and subscriptions

Monitor and reconcile accounts and financial records

Coordinate with our external accounting firm for reports and tax submissions

Track and manage recurring subscriptions and revenue

Prepare financial reports and assist in audits when needed

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

Requirements

What We re Looking For

• 2 to 3 years of accounting experience
  

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and tools .
  

• Sharp attention to detail and analytical mindset
  

• Reliable organized and able to work independently
  

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or a related field
  

• Proactive and quick learner
  

• Background or experience in digital marketing companies or agencies
