KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
General
• Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments across all branches.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of income and expenditure.
• Enter and verify all accounting data within the Odoo system.
• Support branch and warehouse managers with financial data interpretation and reporting.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Operations team for costing and inventory valuation.
• Monitor inventory movements and ensure proper accounting treatment of material transfers and consumption.
• Ensure sales and purchases are properly invoiced and posted in the system.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams for payments, collections, and account clarifications.
• Regularly update Dropbox with all relevant financial documents.
• Monitor and reconcile petty cash, ensuring proper documentation and approval of all vouchers.
• Prepare monthly payroll and ensure timely salary payments to all employees.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Assist the Finance Head in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Requirements:
BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in service or manufacturing-based sectors.
• Preferred nationality: Indian; age: below 30 years; male.
Skills
• Proficient in using Odoo ERP and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
