• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and resolution of discrepancies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate audits and ensure compliance.
• Monitor and report on cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Support the development and improvement of accounting policies, procedures, and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
• Assist in tax preparation, filing, and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Demonstrated experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience coordinating with auditors and regulatory authorities is a plus.
