Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Accountant based in 6th of October. The General Accountant will handle day-to-day financial tasks, including recording transactions, maintaining financial records, preparing budgets, and generating financial reports. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with financial regulations, performing account reconciliations, processing invoices, and supporting audits. The role will also involve assessing financial data, identifying trends, and assisting in strategic financial planning.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget preparation Experience in account reconciliations, invoice processing, and audit support Proficiency in financial software tools and advanced Microsoft Excel skills Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities Effective organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple financial tasks Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Prior experience with accounting in manufacturing or trade industries is preferred Strong understanding of local financial regulations and compliance standards Fluency in English and Arabic is an asset
